Children's Group Class

Playful yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, sprinkled with music, crafts, and books will help enhance language development, motor coordination, self-expression and play skills inspire positive peer interactions that they can carry into their everyday lives. Classes are an equal balance between active & passive poses, between Therapy and Play.

Private Class

This is an adapted form of our popular parent and child class and is based on the belief that physical and mental health are a part of family life.

With the private class we work to build in any current therapeutic programs and build that into a class which provides ongoing support to the family as a whole with the consistent bridging of movement, therapy and play.
