The foundation of Jai Yoga practice combines physical poses with an understanding and integration of Therapeutic practices, such as ABA and sensory integration.

We Bring a loving vibration to classes encouraging growth, build self- esteem and have lots of fun. Classes aim to spark students inner yogi while enhancing language development, motor coordination and play skills.
By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we endeavor to promote an understanding of how connected these are to students personal health and well-being.

Playful poses, animated breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation techniques, sprinkled with music, crafts and books.
